The WalBlue Warranty Policy guarantees the protection of your product from any defects in materials, materials, design or manufacture that may occur after purchase. In cases where WalBlue sells the product directly to you and to specific products, repairs will be made by the authorized service centers of WalBlue. In cases where products have been purchased by another seller, the terms of this seller’s warranty will apply.

The warranty shall not apply to any cases other than defects in materials, materials, design or manufacture, and the warranty is limited to repairing the defective product, replacing the defective part, replacing the product or refunding the product according to the market price of the product itself. Not all products are covered, and you should check the product listing to see if the product includes a guarantee.

In cases where WalBlue sells the product directly to you, a six month (6) month warranty will be provided for products sold to buyers in Kuwait. The repair or replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty does not constitute any right to extend or renew the warranty, and the terms of the warranty shall be in accordance with the manufacturer of the product. If your product cannot be repaired but is still under warranty, we will replace the product, and if the replacement is not available, the full amount will be refunded.
